Meet Our Teachers

Meet Kylie Parsons

Kylie Parsons is the newest addition the QCC Cabot - East Justice family, where she has been named the center's new Director. She lives in Conway with her fiancée, their 8-year-old daughter Ashlyn, and a pet guinea pig named Lola. She was born and raised in Kingfield, Maine and graduated from Casco Bay College in Portland, Maine with an Associate's Degree in Business Management. She moved to Conway in 2005 where she fell in love with the "southern charm" of the small college town. She has always had a passion for working with children, which led her to become a toddler teacher in 2008. In 2014, she started working at Quality Child Care in Conway and was soon promoted to assistant director. While working to earn her Child Development Associate Credential, she was honored and excited to accept the position of Director at QCC Cabot - East Justice in the summer of 2017. Her favorite part of the day is opening the doors in the morning to greet the smiling faces of the children and staff.

Welcome, Kylie! We are so glad you're here!

Meet Tishonda Rackley

Tishonda Rackley, Director of QCC Ft. Smith - S. Savannah St.

I have 13 years of Early Childhood experience and I am an active member of the River Valley Early Childhood Association. I have been the director of this QCC Fort Smith location for five years and I have two beautiful girls of my own. I stay up-to-date on critical issues for children and families in Arkansas by following local legislative activities. I believe that in order to build a strong foundation for any child’s future success, educators must provide hands on learning experiences as well as develop positive relationships with parents and caregivers. I have an upbeat “cheerleader” attitude that makes QCC a fun place to learn!

Meet Ashley Gipson

Ashley Gipson, Director of QCC Ft. Smith - Gate Nine Ctf

I was born and raised in “Bulldog” country and played sports for Greenwood Schools. I have two active boys and I am also a foster parent for the state of Arkansas. I love living and working in our close-knit community. After noticing the need for quality child care in our area, I opened Happy Steps in 2011. We joined with Quality Child Care in 2016 so we could build a bigger network and provide more opportunities for our employees, children, and families. I love working with children of all ages. This passion drives me every day to provide quality learning experiences that will lay a foundation that will prepare them for a successful and happy life.
