Mission & History

Our Mission

Our mission at Quality Child Care Early Learning Center is not only to make a positive difference in the lives of the children in our care, but also be A Fun Place to Learn. Children are our world’s greatest resource, which is why we take the responsibility of caring for the ones entrusted to us so seriously. We believe that helping to nurture children’s naturally curious minds by providing engaging, hands on activities is the best way to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Playing is the complex work of children. It is how they learn to interact with their world and develop new skills. We provide a play based curriculum that helps guide and nurture the learning that play offers. We hope to provide the tools and support necessary for children to build the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

QCC History

For more than 30 years Quality Child Care Centers of Arkansas has provided families with high quality, safe, happy, and affordable Early Learning programs for children across the state. The first Quality Child Care center was opened in 1988 by the owner in honor of his mother, who operated her own child care center out of her home. Her passion for children and the desire for them to learn and grow, inspired him to expand even further. By combining the talent and resources of several existing child care centers in Arkansas into one cohesive organization, QCC has grown into a network of seven Early Childhood Learning Centers.
